3. Quotes and Estimates Any estimates or quotes provided via phone or email are preliminary. Final pricing is subject to an on-site inspection. Quotes are valid for the period specified on the individual quote from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Obtain any necessary strata, body corporate, or Bayside Council approvals and permits required for the work (unless we explicitly agree in writing to handle permits on your behalf).
5. Payments and Billing Payment terms will be outlined in your specific quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due by the due date specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause ongoing maintenance services if accounts fall into arrears.
6. Intellectual Property All content, images, designs, and text on this website are the property of ENT Native Gardens & Bushcare and are protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our materials without prior written consent. We reserve the right to take photographs of our completed work for promotional purposes, ensuring no identifying personal information is visible.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENT Native Gardens & Bushcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
